We take great care to ensure your products are protected properly during transit, but occasional damage may occur. 

We are happy to replace or refund products damaged during delivery, providing photographic proof of damage is sent to us within FIVE days of delivery.

Sadly personalised, monogrammed or used/worn products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

You’re welcome to exchange your products for another product of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all returned items delivery cost.
